If the purchase made does not meet your expectations, you have the option of making a return.
We will give you all the conditions and different options available so you can return your items.
CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN
- The return must be handled within the established period:
Online purchase: You have 30 days from the shipment date of your order.
In Person purchase at a “Pop-Up store”: You have 30 days from the purchase date. - The items Must be New / unworn in their original condition and with all their labels/tags.
- You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
- If you like to exchange an item for different sizes, you can do so as long as the product is new / unworn.
- If you like to exchange an item for a different style of Ma’aSalaama product you may do so for equal value or pay the difference if the new merchandise is higher in price.
- In-person return is available for online purchases as well as those made in a physical pop-up store. You must present the items to return and a copy of your Ma’a Salaama Lifestyle receipt.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS ARE REFUNDED?
Refunds on New / Unworn product are made to match the original form of payment.
If a customer pays cash in person at a pop-up store, we will gladly refund the cash in person.
If a customer paid via Credit Card, we would gladly refund the “chargeback credit” on that credit card which may take 5-7 business days once we receive the merchandise.
CAN SOMEONE RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER MADE AT A POP-UP STORE? OR VICE VERSA
The way to return an online order made from the pop- up store depends on your payment method:
- If you have paid for your order at the pop-up store register and you pay with cash and want to return an item or entire purchase, you will have to visit us at a pop-up / meet us in person to complete a cash refund.
- If you used an online payment method or Credit Card for your purchase at a pop-up store, you could return an item or entire purchase, and we will refund the amount on the credit card minus the shipping fees. The credit card refund process may take up to 5-7 business days once the merchandise is received.
- HOW DO I ACCESS MY RETURN LABEL/ OR EXCHNAGE OPTIONS?
