If you no longer have the original packaging, you can return your order in any other packaging provided that it is properly sealed to prevent the items getting lost/ damaged. You do not have to write a delivery address on the package. You do need to include a copy of the receipt.

You can access the return label whenever you request for one via customercare@maasalaamalifestyle.com in the contact us section of our online website. 

If you have received the return label you must print it to be able to ship your order back or drop off at the designated point/ address. On the contrary, if you have received a barcode or QR code, you do not have to print it, just follow the instructions in the adjoining email.

Refunds on New / Unworn product are made to match the original form of payment.                                    If a customer pays cash in person at a pop-up store, we will gladly refund the cash in person.                      If a customer paid via Credit Card, we would gladly refund the “chargeback credit” on that credit card. Which may take 5-7 business days once the merchandise is received.

The way to return an online order made from the pop- up store depends on your payment method:

  • If you have paid for your order at the pop-up store register and you pay by cash and want to return an item or entire purchase, you will have to visit us at a pop-up / meet us in person to complete it.
  • If you used an online payment method or Credit Card for your purchase, you could return an item or entire purchase, and we will refund the amount on the credit card minus the shipping fees once we receive the merchandise.
